Bamboo Blend Batting w/Scrim is a soft blend of 50% Bamboo / 50% Cotton. It is needlepunched onto a very lightweight sheet of scrim/polypropylene. The scrim is lighter than most in the industry today, thus making hand quilting much easier, while adding strength for hand and machine workers alike. Loft: 1/16in, Shrinkage: 2-3%, Stitch Distance: 8-10in. Once used in a project, this batting is washable by machine or hand and is dry cleanable. Non-toxic, acid-free, and chemical-free.Quilters are very interested in consuming products that are produced mindful of our earth.The whole distilling and production process is a green process without any pollution or chemical additives.Bamboo Blend is produced from 3-4 year ‘new’ bamboo from regions in China.Pellon Bamboo Batting.
